A sober and elegant decor, 23 seats, hostesses in traditional kimonos and golden silence. It is in this setting that since 2013 diners have been tasting the ‘kaiseki’ creations of the famous Japanese chef Toru Okuda, crowned with Michelin stars back in Tokyo. Harmonious flavours, subtle sauces, delicate textures – this is great art.
