This is the archetypal Parisian bistro in all its glory (zinc countertop, dark red velvet banquette seating, mirrors, patterned tiles), with the classic – and delicious! – bistro cuisine that goes with it: onion soup with a Comté topping, veal blanquette served in an individual cocotte, veal kidneys with wholegrain mustard, crêpes Suzette. To go with the food, a wide selection of wines from all over France.
