On the shorefront, overlooking the quaint beach cabins and the sea, this restaurant done up in blues and greens bears the tasteful hallmark of interior decorator Caroline Tissier. The gourmet score features flawlessly fresh, consummately crafted and spot-on seasoned produce: mackerel flambé, aubergine caviar and salted anchovies; pork chop, braised lettuce and seasonal veggies. After roaming the coast, it’s time to put our feet up!
