The third generation of his family to run the kitchen at Casa Tödi, Manuel Reichenbach prepares modern and creative cuisine, with dishes such as Scottish Label Rouge salmon, curly kale, nasturtium sauce, almonds and raisins on the menu. With its historic wood panelling, lovely soapstone stove and wooden benching, this handsome patrician house is genuinely warm and welcoming.
