By day, this eatery by the Druid Theatre is a busy artisan bakery-cum-café, serving pastries, sandwiches, salads and soups. At night it transforms into a busy and warmly run wine bar-cum-restaurant offering natural, biodynamic and organic wines, alongside a short but appealing menu of creative, seasonal dishes designed for sharing. The squid toast with miso mayo has become everyone’s favourite dish.
