Although now surrounded by the suburbs of Udine, this restaurant is proud to boast two centuries of history. Its current owners have been at the helm in the kitchen here for five generations, creating authentic traditional Friulian specialities such as cjalçons (ravioli) – both the sweet and savoury versions of the dish – as well as a whole host of dishes cooked over the charcoal grill which dominates one of the dining rooms.
