The gregarious and welcoming Bruce Rennie is something of a one-man band here at this intimate restaurant with room for just 10 diners. He works alone in the kitchen and presents dishes to all his guests at the same time, in a warm, engaging manner. The tasting menu incorporates international influences ranging from Japanese to French, but each course is united by the quality of its produce, much of it the finest seafood from Cornish waters.
