A resolutely maritime ambience pervades this cosy restaurant, an institution in La Trinité-sur-Mer since 1965. On the menu: seafood and fish as well as meat cooked in the open fire… The dishes are packed with textures and flavours: pollack gravlax served ceviche-style, citrus cream, parsley oil, Calamansi vinegar pearls and lace tuile. Fine selection of wines; large terrace with a view of the harbour. A delightful dining option!
