Your dedicated pair of hosts serve up vegetable-based dishes that abound with finesse – you can opt to add in freshwater fish or selected meat from Switzerland, or stick with the set menu in its vegetarian version. There is an interesting choice of wines, as well as alcohol-free pairings made on site.
