Talented and passionate, youthful Marko Derić, back in Belgrade after honing his craft in several European restaurants, is now at the head of a creative, razor-sharp kitchen team. Marko’s culinary approach is rooted in Serbian traditions and produce, to which he gives a modern twist, drawing inspiration from French and Italian cuisines. Diners can choose between a range of menus: a five-course fish menu, a five-course meat menu, a more elaborate eight-course menu that features fish and meat, a special lobster option and a concise à la carte lineup. In a unique touch, the chefs themselves present the dishes at the table, forging a direct bond between the kitchen and the diner.
