Situated in the historic centre of a small village in the Parco del Pollino, this long - established restaurant has one culinary aim – to keep alive traditional local dishes such as ravioli with nettle tips, lamb with potatoes and lampascioni onions, and ricotta and Stigliano pistachio mousse. Four modern and comfortable guestrooms are also available a few hundred metres away.
