Mirco Keller moved to Thailand after years on the European culinary scene. His eponymous restaurant is smartly furnished with contemporary lines drawing the eye. Choose from a 3 or 4 course à la carte, or for the full experience opt for the 'Journey' menu. The Berliner Senfei – succulent creamy potato and mustard, topped with Oscietra caviar – is a stand-out. The wine and mocktail pairing menus have also been assembled with great care.
