The flavours and combinations may be long established, but they’re presented with original touches – such as a painting-like uni bibimbap that will make you see the dish in a completely new light. A few flavour innovations can also be found, such as strawberry doenjang. The contemporary reinvention of classic cooking is reflected in the combination of chic décor and traditional Korean furniture.
