The discreet entrance opens into a large, bright and elegant room. The chef's cuisine is inspired by the seasons. The sharing menu allows you to indulge in fine cuts of meat or fish. In short, a fresh and colourful selection of carefully prepared dishes, such as calf's head and pan-fried foie gras or a tartlet filled with raw and cooked seasonal vegetables, and, for dessert, a delicious warm soufflé flavoured with passion fruit.
