Part of L’Heliopic hotel resort, Akashon turns out hearty, flavoursome food poised between local gastronomy and more modern fare, such as a tonnato-style tartare of veal and lobster. Untreated metal and granite set the scene in the minimalist interior, the terrace of which commands a fantastic view of the mountains.
