The cuisine is meticulous, tasty and flavoursome, with sauces to die for… Enjoy crispy shoulder of lamb with red onion and Taggiasca olives, or opt for more surprising original dishes such as gravlax beef glazed with rice vinegar. When the weather is fine, make the most of the shady terrace overlooking the Allier River. At lunchtime, they serve a single set menu – the menu du marché – and a menu-carte in the evening. Not to be missed!
