The restaurant is distinctive in that it chooses a star ingredient for each dish and then highlights it. ‘Seika’ is a kind of dyed ceramic from China – the friendly owner-chef has a passion for both the decorative dishes on the wall by Rosanjin and the antique pieces he has collected over the years.
