MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The high quality of the seafood here is due to the restaurant being owned by Sushi Yoshitake. The chef learned authentic tastes in Sicily. The speciality pasta is the cold bavettine with raw uni and raw nori. Seafood ragù with awabi is served with pasta or risotto. You can always share with others, but you can also order a half-sized dish, so it’s also suited to late night use or for grabbing a snack.
