MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

The omakase set menu served according to the kaiseki cuisine tradition comprises various cuts of wagyu beef, with wagyu appearing in every dish. The tongue stew appetiser, grilled saddle wrapped in uni, and soup of tail and seasonal vegetables are standard items. The main chateaubriand steak dish is a thing of luxury. We recommend the counter seats where you can talk to the owner-chef.
