MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Seafood is the focus of the dishes here, such as steamed oysters or spear squid with aioli sauce and roasted lobster. Mackerel with uncured ham is a standard offering, while the bouillabaisse speciality is made with various spices. Popular in summer is the sardine gazpacho. All the dishes are unique, but remain French in nature – enjoy them in a relaxed way with a glass of wine.
