MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

Fried in safflower oil, the tempura here is light, with the emphasis on the ingredients. It’s also creative, such as fried nori topped with raw uni, and wagyu garnished with truffle salt. The sweet potatoes are steamed and then sit for a day to enhance the sweetness. The elegant space and hospitable service ensure a pleasant time spent.
