This beautiful 12C bastide overlooks a charming medieval village… Here, Julien Beaudoire, a chef with a fine CV, works side by side with his brother – a pastry chef. He serves up Provençal cuisine that navigates between classic dishes, such as snails, and more contemporary preparations, eg octopus with tandoori curry. The food coupled with the authentic, rural setting make for an enjoyable interlude, which can be extended by booking one of the guestrooms.
