A restaurant with a cosy, intimate feel featuring warm, bright colours. It is located in the historic centre of Estremoz, better known as the “white town” as a result of its famous marble. The kitchen is visible from the dining room, enabling guests to watch the preparation process in full flow. The cuisine here is centred around dishes for sharing and two tasting menus (6 or 8 “moments”). An added bonus is the artisanal home-made dough used for the bread and pizzas.
