The name "Showroom" hits the nail on the head – this is indeed where chefs Dominik Käppeler and Tobias Bacher showcase their surprise menu; changed every 14 days, it is composed of five to eight courses that take their cue from the seasons and are a reflection of the chefs' creativity. Top-notch produce is used to conjure up modern dishes brimming with innovation; occasionally they demonstrate a playful touch, intriguing cooking techniques or unusual flavour combinations.
