With abalone as its self-proclaimed theme, Top Feast not only serves a variety of dishes made with the treasured shellfish, but also displays an impressive collection of dried abalones from around the world. The butler will customise the menu to diners' liking. Try the chargrilled abalone with goose liver, flambéed tableside.
