Besides the main dining room, this historic courtyard house remodelled in 2013 also boasts a library and a tea room. On the seafood-heavy menu, traditional Beijing dishes are reinvented in a modern and eclectic manner. Peking duck three ways is air-dried for more than 15 days before being grilled over jujube wood. Gourmet ingredients are given a new spin in dishes like sea cucumber salad with fried shallots, and deep-fried fish maw in balsamic dressing.
