The MICHELIN guide Hong Kong and Macau 10th anniversary gala dinner will be held on 30 Nov 2017. Six renowned chefs from Michelin-starred establishments in the guide will be showcasing a menu of gastronomic delights during the gala dinner.

The MICHELIN guide Hong Kong and Macau 2017 Gala Dinner
Held on 11 November 2016, the event saw 7 top chefs from Hong Kong, Macau, Tokyo, Osaka, Stockholm and Paris come together to put together a star-studded sensory meal for 600 guests.
International Chef Showcase (Hong Kong & Macau)
Together with Robert Parker Wine Advocate, Michelin organised a series of fine food and wine events featuring international chefs. The international chef showcase sought to give diners in Hong Kong a taste of fine food from around the world, without having to travel there themselves.

Held from 5 to 8 October this year, the inaugural MICHELIN guide Hong Kong Macau Street Food Festival brought together top chefs from some of Asia’s Michelin-starred restaurants, as well as chefs from restaurants with the Bib Gourmand distinction. Each participating vendor presented a unique street food innovation together with their signature dishes.
