Announced on January 12, the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong Macau 2022 Bib Gourmand selection highlights 7 eateries in Hong Kong that are new to the list this year. The Bib Gourmand distinction is awarded to venues that offer a high-quality three-course meal (excluding drinks) for less than HK$400 in Hong Kong and MOP$400 in Macau.

Chan Kan Kee Chiu Chow
What the inspectors say: This 70-year-old household name wins the hearts of countless connoisseurs with their velvety, flavourful marinated goose, which comes with a complex soy sauce flavour.
Ding Ba
What the inspectors say: The Taiwanese owner and chef serve authentic street snacks from their homeland, including but not limited to the oyster omelette, pancake rolls, and braised minced pork rice.
Moon Tong Lok
What inspectors say: Moon Tong Lok make their signature "cifan" sticky rice rolls à la minute to ensure freshness. Hot and sour soup and savoury soy milk are also crowd pleasers.
What inspectors say: This much-loved shop makes its own tofu that boasts a deep, rich soy aroma. As well as the renowned tofu pudding, it also carries other soy products like soy milk, tofu puffs, and golden fish tofu.
What the inspectors say: Tin Hung sells its signature roast goose in specific cuts, halves, or whole. Geese are shipped from Foshan daily, marinated, roasted to perfection, and served piping hot. Traditional roasted items are not to miss, where roasted goose with rice noodle is a must.

What the inspectors say: The classic dim sum at lunch is not to be missed, while the soya sauce braised chicken and the steamed crab with glutinous rice are popular choices during dinner time.
