Wonderful experience with good food and nice service with beautiful atmosphere! The cost performance was very very good. It was my first experience of French dinner (lunch) at the 3 stars. I do not know much about French dinner but these are what I felt: The room and each table had nice flower arrangement with spring flowers. The floor staffs were moving swiftly with almost same rhythm, talking nicely and kind attitude. The food was carefully prepared and presented beautifully. The wine was amazing, I liked the white wine (suggested) so much. Usually I do not take full glass, but I had after all "full," asking for another half glass. The red made the bitter sauce for the beef marrow dish mild and that surprised me. I was not sure about the other dish with wine source, it was bit sharp for me. Maybe the amount of the wine source added was more than supposed to be? over killed? Delicious desert! So many items and such a variety!

Le repas était très compliqué du point de vu de complexité. Les goûts était incroyable. Nous avons désormais compris pourquoi certain restaurant voulait avoir trois étoiles de Michelin. Les détails était partout, dans les plats, le choix des assiettes, couteaux, verres,été. Tout était très détaillé. Chaque assiette avait tellement de goût subtile, que nous devions réfléchir à chaque boucher.

Cela serait trop long de rentrée dans les détails d'un repas chez Mr Gagnaire! J'ai eu la chance de faire tous les 3 et 2 étoilés parisiens, mais décidément, il y a Gagnaire et les autres chefs….. Vous ne pouvez pas décrire la multitude de petits plats et leur saveur propre, il faut le vivre! Le service est toujours aussi discret mais efficace, et s'adapte à l'ambiance de chaque table.
