MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

A clear sense of ambition pervades the fine contemporary cuisine at this new restaurant in a lively working-class district in the 17th arrondissement. The chef, who has worked in various Michelin-starred establishments, skilfully showcases the produce that the Paris region has to offer and lays the emphasis on sustainable development. At lunchtime, a short regular menu and appealing set menu; in the evening, five to seven variations on a market-based single set menu.
