If you arrive at this very popular noodle shop at peak time the first thing you’ll notice is the queue. When you get to the front, place your order and pay at the counter at the entrance before finding a seat. The standouts are yellow croaker noodles, and noodles with stir-fried eels. To better experience the skills of the chef here, it’s also worth ordering side dishes, such as shredded pork with pickled vegetables.
