The panoramic view this restaurant affords over the Luberon and the famous ochre cliffs of Roussillon is nothing short of spectacular! As for the food, the short seasonal menu proposes bistronomy-style dishes drawing on Provençal influences: Mediterranean octopus grilled over a wood fire, stuffed peppers and house harissa; Ventoux pork, chanterelles and local blackberries; sponge cake with pistachios, lemon and raspberries.
