Fine ingredients and immaculately presented dishes prevail at this pretty restaurant not far from the Gorges de Châteaudouble. Fall for the creamy risotto, courgette and summer truffle sauce; let yourself in for the surprise of the "pause fraîcheur": a soft melon sorbet topped with minty mousse.
