Situated along one of Rabat’s typical narrow alleyways, this elegant restaurant’s new venue boasts a courtyard setting in a historic building dating from the 16C. The chef Letizia Vella here creates surprisingly creative and technically skilful cuisine full of distinctive Mediterranean flavours. Careful attention is paid to using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients.
