It is heaven to spend time in this hip, upbeat eatery. Tom Foguenne has creatively sourced a lineup of local organic produce out of which he crafts mind-blowing flavours. He might mix smoked trout and tomato with subtly spicy oils, or serve fried chickpeas with cream of yoghurt. Each dish is steeped in unusual tastes and savours, further enhanced by the knockout organic, natural wine list. Instinctive cuisine and a frequently changing menu.
