Ensconced in the old part of town is this historical building, dating back to the 14C and substantially renovated, in which Fabian Sollbach has set up his own restaurant. In a tasteful modern interior, he serves a contemporary take on French cuisine, which also has clear Italian and regional influences. There are a handful of places to be had on the small gallery and, in summer, tables are set up on a lovely terrace on the Kornmarkt.
