Taking Thai cookbooks from the 1940s to the 1970s as inspiration, David Thompson expertly recreates the culinary lives of one chef at a time through flavoursome dishes, here on the top floor of Central: The Original Store. Highlights include coconut cupcakes with salted pork, and fermented bean curd relish with minced pork and prawns. Sit in the cosy dining room to see the open kitchen or on the outdoor terrace to take in city and street views.
