Surrounded by vineyards, this modern restaurant boasts a beautiful location on the premises of Weingut Kopp, a Demeter winery complete with its own wine shop. As you savour classic seasonal cuisine that draws on international influences, you can take in the view of the vines and the plain, to which the name makes reference (the village of Ebenung used to be called "Ebanat", a derivation of the Old High German word for "plain"). Made with locally sourced ingredients wherever possible, the excellent food can be accompanied by the restaurant's own wines. Friendly and professional service.
