Situated at an altitude of 1 147m, this stylish restaurant successfully bridges the gap between history and modernity! The food is served in cosy traditional dining rooms, where guests are looked after by friendly, well-trained staff. Local produce is favoured, and the water comes from the house's mountain spring. There are also lovely guestrooms done out in a modern, regional style.
