After passing through a majestic postcard-perfect entrance, a long avenue alternating cypresses and maritime pines, amidst vineyards and Maremma cattle, you finally reach the restaurant, whose trattoria's intense, rustic flavours are familiar and reassuring, but which otherwise takes place amidst elegant dining rooms with a few rustic touches and a high level of service, with accents of pleasant informality and friendliness. Welcome to Bartolini's restaurant turned into a Maremma sauce! Here, the choice is based on a single common denominator: the grill. Every speciality has - in fact - an element that has “met” this type of cooking, giving the dishes their original aroma. Also worthy of praise is the bakery in its most varied declinations: a gluttonous fil rouge of the entire meal!
