Michelin is pleased to present the very first selection of restaurants of the MICHELIN Guide Istanbul 2023. With 53 restaurants making the selection, the Istanbul culinary map greatly impressed the MICHELIN Guide inspectors.

A new Three-Star restaurant, Steirereck im Stadtpark, achieves the highest culinary distinction. 13 new Two-Star restaurants and 53 new One-Star restaurants also reflect the fantastic achievements of Austria's restaurateurs.

Michelin is pleased to present the 2021 edition of the Slovenia MICHELIN Guide. With 53 addresses, including 1 new one-Star restaurant, 1 new MICHELIN Green Star restaurant, 1 new Bib Gourmand restaurant and 2 other restaurants entering the Guide for the first time, the 2021 vintage is continuing to reflect the excellence of the Slovenian culinary scene.
