Ever wondered what a fusion of Brazilian and Mexican cooking would taste like? The answer is... simply wonderful! Chefs Luana Sabino and Eduardo Nava Ortiz, who met while working at a restaurant in New York, decided to pool their know-how to treat our palates to an incredible concept. The menu marries the techniques and traditions of authentic Mexican cooking with fresh Brazilian ingredients, creating dishes that champion seasonality and celebrate the best of each ingredient. You can choose à la carte or go for the nine-moment tasting menu, which includes the refreshing starter Aguachile de maracujá, sashimi e sauva, passion-fruit aguachile with sashimi and saúva ants; the punchy Camarão al ajillo, queijo tulha e ovas de salmão, prawns al ajillo with tulha cheese and salmon roe; and lightly spicy Wagyu beef with okra and Brazilian shishito peppers. To accompany the experience, there’s a tempting line-up of cocktails!
