MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View
This famous village is one of the most prized in the Luberon Regional Nature Park. This stately home, which dominates the valley, now houses a luxury hotel – as well as this restaurant and its stunning terrace shaded by chestnut trees. The view is one of the location's greatest assets. In the style of a luxury brasserie, the menu gives some of the classics a Provençal twist: think gambero rosso with grapefruit, sole meunière and dauphinoise potatoes with lemon, or fillet of lamb with white asparagus. Evening tasting menu featuring dishes from the à la carte menu.
