Within the Skostredet Hotel sits this contemporary izakaya of the same name, where you are encouraged to come together and socialise over shared dishes. The chef creates an intriguing à la carte menu via the use of fresh Norwegian seafood, traditional Japanese ingredients and time-honoured Japanese techniques, with dishes ranging from sushi and ramen bowls to agemono (fried dishes) and okonomiyaki (savoury pancakes).
