MICHELIN Green Star
Reopened in 2022, the first venture of owner-chef Summer Le is tucked away from the main road. The interior is modern and minimalistic, with theatrical lighting to set the mood. To keep it fresh and exciting, the single set menu is tweaked every few months and revamped entirely every 6 months. Each creative Vietnamese dish comes with a hand-drawn card explaining the inspiration and ingredients. Check out the wine- and sake-food pairing.
"With a farm right next-door, we can cultivate fresh herbs and greens organically, while carrying out research on rare hyper-local ingredients. We also partner with a nearby educational institution, whose pupils span kindergarten to junior high, to raise awareness about organic farming, clean food and etc, which in turn helps to seed sustainability concepts in the children’s communities."
