MICHELIN Guide’s Point Of View

A family-run restaurant run by two brothers who share the duties in the kitchen and dining room. In its attractively appointed contemporary dining rooms, adorned with rustic details that showcase its personality, chef Luismi Lacar conjures up traditional cuisine with a modern touch and with a commitment to using “zero miles” products. Without doubt, one of the main signature dishes on the menu is the grilled T-bone steak, cooked over holm oak charcoal in a way that highlights the undeniable quality that is a continual theme in the meat served here.
