The serene and reposeful space in Kojima allows patrons to concentrate solely on their sushi. A perfect match between shari (rice) and neta (fish topping), replete with the integral taste of the ingredients, the diner’s plump sushi somehow resembles its creator, Chef Park Kyung-jae. Prepared from ingredients that change daily, the sushi has an unadorned and fine taste, that is, seemingly plain yet flavorful and brims with umami. Be sure to make a reservation if you wish to relish the art of Kojima’s elegant items.
