Thomas is in charge of the service, while his brother Matthias puts his own spin on their mother’s culinary heritage. The result is authentic Italian food that nonetheless pushes the boundaries. The chef plays with acidic flavours whilst keeping his balance. Welcoming, generous and one of a kind. Great value for money!
