Located steps from Lincoln Road Mall, this South Beach original is hidden away on the ground floor of an office building. Work your way towards the back to find a small space fronted by a wall of glass and offering seating for 16.
There are choices to be had on this menu—from the thin-crust, 13-inch pizzas available plain or with toppings and the smaller 8-inch pies, to "Extraordinary" signatures like the Star Luca made distinct by its shape (the edges of the crust are folded to form a series of points). Topped with tomato, mozzarella and Calabrese salami, it reflects the chef's passion for pizza dough, made from imported Italian flour and slow-proofed for 72 hours.
