The refined dining room delivers an intimate ambiance with velvet walls and Jacquard-covered furniture. Infusing a contemporary twist into historical recipes, dishes satisfy with tried-and-tested flavours, like a great massaman curry that strikes a fine balance between spice and sweetness.
